An established system based on document control, quality planning and production control allows ICF Industries to offer the customer superior, high-grade products. In 2003, we achieved ISO 9001:2000 certification; in 2009 we upgraded to ISO 9001:2008 certifications further demonstrating our commitment to quality. At ICF Industries, it is our goal to earn your confidence by consistently providing our customers with products that meet or exceed your expectations.

We have two Virtek LaserQC inspection systems. With today's advanced production technology, ICF Industries can now dramatically increase throughput in precision sheet metal fabrication. LaserQC, from Virtek, is an automated, self-calibrating laser inspection system for first article inspection, Statistical Process Control (SPC) and reverse engineering of 2D materials. Where in the past a human inspector would have to manually measure features of a flat part, we are now able to place the same flat part on our LaserQC system and have the part checked on seconds.
