With today’s advanced production technology, ICF can now dramatically increase throughput in precision sheetmetal fabrication. Laser QC, from Virtek, is the automated self-calibrator laser inspection system for first article inspection, Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Reverse engineering of 2D materials.  

Now at ICF, we get all the information from the system in moments. This alone means that our operators can punch or laser cut parts and not only do the first piece inspection, but also do continuing audits as the job runs.
